Shipping Policy

In Stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. However, processing times will differ based on the shipment method you choose. See below for a full list of times by shipping method. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, Jane Smith will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval. Premium 2-Day Delivery and Overnight Express orders of in stock merchandise placed before 5:00 PM ET ship the following business day.

Business Days: "Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Note: Since the merchandise you order may be shipped from several locations, items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances

Please note that Jane Smith cannot ship to destinations outside the United States at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Jane Smith prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 days and we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs. Please note that cosmetics, under garments, jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned. We do not provide refunds, store credit only. Items purchased in the store in Santa Monica cannot be returned via the internet.
